Idaho Republican Party Announces New Executive Director

Boise, Idaho - The Idaho Republican Party is pleased to announce the hiring of Anthony Tirino as its new Executive Director. Tirino brings more than a decade of grassroots leadership and organizational experience to the role, having served in numerous positions within the Bonneville County Republican Central Committee.

“I am absolutely thrilled to have found the right person to serve as Executive Director. Anthony knows the Idaho Republican party, he knows the people, and he has experience with fundraising, messaging, and even data security. He has a world of knowledge and he’s ready to hit the ground running,” said Dorothy Moon, Chairwoman of the Idaho Republican Party.

Tirino has previously served in a wide variety of roles within the Republican Party, and has represented the Bonneville County GOP at the last five State Conventions. He also helped establish Idaho’s first Veterans Vice Chair Executive Committee position.

“I’ve known Anthony Tirino for over a decade, and there’s no one more dedicated to conservative, grassroots work. His years of service at every level of the party make him exceptionally qualified for this role,” said Mark Fuller, First Vice Chairman of the Idaho Republican Party.

Tirino also brings tremendous talent and experience from his years of work at Idaho National Laboratory, where he put to use his Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management. Originally from New York City, Tirino’s personal experiences growing up in a high-tax, high-crime environment helped shape his conservative convictions.

“It’s a great honor to be the Executive Director of such a successful organization,” said Tirino. “The Republican party of Idaho has made great strides in recent history; both on platform and on policy. I look forward to doing my part to foster its future success. There are great days ahead in Idaho; and the Republican party and its staff will be there to help make that happen for everyone.”

Tirino will formally begin work on May 27 overseeing day-to-day party operations, staff coordination, and assisting with strategic planning and fundraising efforts heading into the 2026 election cycle.
