New voter contact system, aggressive call program, and statewide volunteer effort aims to drive 85% ballot return before Election Day

ST. PAUL, MN - The Republican Party of Minnesota is going all-in on the SD6 special election, launching an aggressive, tech-powered ground game designed to deliver a decisive Republican victory and set the tone for future elections.

At the center of this effort is the debut of Campaign Sidekick Pulsar, the Republican Party of Minnesota’s new voter contact platform. Faster, more intuitive, and built for ground game effectiveness and accountability, Pulsar represents the first in a series of strategic upgrades to the party’s ground operation.

“This is a major leap forward for how we engage Republican voters across Minnesota,” said Republican Party Executive Director Jennifer DeJournett. “We’re not just fighting to win SD6 — we’re building the identification program and the strategic infrastructure to dominate in 2026 and beyond.”

The Republican Party of Minnesota has set a bold goal of achieving an 85% ballot return rate before Election Day, mobilizing every available resource to chase every ballot into the box. Beginning Monday, the party will launch a 9-day volunteer call program targeting 10,000 to 15,000 calls to Republican voters in the district to remind them to vote for Keri Heintzeman for Senate in this important special election.

“Our strategy is clear and aggressive,” said Executive Director DeJournett. “We’re using cutting-edge tools and activating volunteers from every corner of the state to make sure no Republican ballot is left behind. SD6 is the beginning of our aggressive approach, and we’re bringing the full force of the Republican Party to bear.”

Volunteers from across Minnesota have stepped up to support the operation, underscoring the energy and commitment within the Republican grassroots.

“This campaign is fueled by dedicated volunteers and smart, strategic action,” added DeJournett. “SD6 is just the beginning - the future of the Republican smarter ground game in Minnesota starts now.”
