Statement from Chairman Ben Proto

October 30, 2024

Connecticut Republican Party Chairman Ben Proto released the following response to statements made by a few Connecticut Republicans:

“The Connecticut Republican Party, and its entire leadership team, proudly supports Donald Trump, JD Vance, and all our Republican candidates. We know Kamala Harris and Tim Walz could not be a more wrong choice for our country and Connecticut. We strongly urge those who share our commitment to a more affordable country and state, energy independence, a more secure border, safer streets, better schools, and support for Israel and our Jewish allies, to cast their vote for President Donald Trump. Disparaging articles and divisive commentary only serve the media and the radical left’s agenda to fracture our unity and tamp down our victory.

We remain wholly focused on engaging voters over the next seven days to bring about historic Republican victories in Connecticut.
