What The Media Should Be Asking JB Pritzker

June 11, 2025

CHICAGO - On June 12, 2025, JB Pritzker will take center stage in Washington, DC to testify before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Pritzker, along with other extreme blue state governors, will defend their dangerous Sanctuary City policies that have obstructed federal immigration enforcement. Ahead of tomorrow’s hearing, here’s what the media should be asking JB Pritzker:

  • In President Trump’s first days in office, he deported Nine Tren de Aragua terrorists, seven sexual predators who committed crimes against children, and two murderers from Chicago. Do you support the deportation of these people?
  • Your party pushed through the largest state spending plan in the dead of night — and now you’re asking taxpayers to pay even more. With nearly $3 billion allocated to migrant services, how much longer do you intend to place the cost of illegal immigration on the backs of hardworking taxpayers?
  • Are you prepared to lose federal funding for refusing to work with the federal government?
  • When you actively obstruct federal immigration enforcement, are you upholding your so-called Illinois values? Or just undermining national law and security?
  • Last April, you called for violence against Republicans and inflamed the rhetoric – is what we’re seeing in Los Angeles what you called for? Or is creating division just another move in your 2028 presidential campaign playbook?
  • Are you focused on governing the Prairie State or is this just another launch pad for your ego-driven obsession with becoming President?

Bottom Line: JB Pritzker showed us exactly where he stands when he vowed to ‘do everything I can to protect our undocumented immigrants.’ JB Pritzker continues to prioritize criminals over the safety of Illinois families.
