WisDems are Platforming Scandal-Plagued Raphael Warnock at State Convention

June 13, 2025

MADISON, WI - The Wisconsin Democrats’ decision to trot out Georgia Senator Raphael Warnock as their keynote speaker for the 2025 State Convention in Wisconsin Dells this weekend is a slap in the face to Wisconsin values. By showcasing a scandal-ridden, far-left senator who voted against protecting girls’ sports, the WisDems prove they’re more interested in woke grandstanding than standing up for Wisconsin families.

Warnock’s record is a mess. His ex-wife calls him a “great actor” who dodged child care costs and ran over her foot with his car after an argument. Despite doubling his income as a senator-after railing against such raises-and pocketing a $90,000 tax-free housing stipend from his church, Warnock’s blown $61,000 in campaign funds on child care. He also funneled $75,000 in COVID relief money to a social justice group he founded. And when a 17-year-old legal battle resurfaced, he tapped campaign cash again to hire Democrat fixer Marc Elias-a clear abuse of funds.

As if that weren’t enough, Warnock voted against protecting girls’ sports, siding with radical policies that undermine fairness for young women athletes. Warnock’s love for big-government and open-border policies only cements how out-of-touch the WisDems are.

“Wisconsin deserves better than a preacher-politician who peddles scandals and sermons over solutions,” WisGOP Spokesperson Anika Rickard stated. “Warnock can take his act back to Georgia. We’re fighting for secure borders, lower taxes, and a future that puts Wisconsin and America first.”

The Wisconsin GOP is ready to drown out the Democrats’ circus with a clear message: common-sense Republicans are here to win in 2026.
