Illegal Immigrant Arrested in Massachusetts for Alleged Molestation; MassGOP Calls Out Failures in Immigration and Public Safety Policies

September 4, 2024

Boston, MA - An illegal immigrant, reportedly flown into the United States last year under the Biden Administration’s CHNV mass parole program, was arrested in Massachusetts last week for allegedly molesting a 10-year-old boy who lived nearby. This disturbing incident should have never occurred and is a direct consequence of policies enacted by Democrats at both the national and state levels.

MassGOP Chair Amy Carnevale commented on the appalling situation, stating, “This incident is vile. I am appalled by the utter failure of the Biden-Harris Administration’s immigration policies and the cowardice displayed by the Democratic supermajority in Massachusetts for not doing more to protect our residents from predators who are in the Commonwealth illegally. The Biden-Harris Administration’s reckless approach to the border crisis has led to assaults across the country.”

Carnevale continued, “This is just one incident that we know of. Due to the Healey-Driscoll Administration’s veil of secrecy surrounding the migrant crisis, residents remain in the dark about 600 incidents involving police, fire, and EMS services at taxpayer-funded emergency housing for migrants. These crimes are serious, this crisis is serious, and it’s entirely reasonable for residents to fear that the situation is worse than what we currently know. The Healey-Driscoll Administration must be transparent with their constituents and release the unredacted documents regarding the incidents that have occurred in emergency housing.”

“We submitted FOIA requests on August 27th, and the administration has 10 business days to respond from that date. Massachusetts residents are demanding answers,” Carnevale concluded.
