Massachusetts Trump 2024 Chairman Joins MassGOP in Criticizing Bidenomics and Immigration Crisis, Urges a Return to Republican Leadership

September 10, 2024

Boston, MA - Under the Biden-Harris Administration, both the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts have faced skyrocketing inflation and an unchecked immigration crisis. The world is undeniably more dangerous than it was just four years ago. If Vice President Harris assumes the presidency, Americans can expect a continuation of the current administration’s policies, but with an even more progressive and harmful agenda for both the nation and the Commonwealth.

Sheriff Tom Hodgson, Chairman of the Massachusetts Trump 2024 Campaign, commented on the state of the race, stating, “What Americans need is a decisive break from Bidenomics, which has fueled inflation while keeping wages stagnant. Republicans offer a stronger path forward—tax cuts, deregulation, and an economic environment where young people can afford homes and build their futures.”

“America needs a robust border-something the Biden-Harris Administration has allowed to deteriorate—leaving states like Massachusetts grappling with a costly migrant crisis which is set to cost taxpayers billions and will likely result in higher taxes or cuts to essential services for Massachusetts residents,” Hodgson continued.

“America needs leadership that will stand firm on the global stage. Under Republican leadership, Americans trusted their president to make strong, decisive foreign policy decisions. Today, we are left uncertain about who is truly in control of our country’s future,” said Hodgson.

“Setting aside partisan political posturing, it’s clear that under Republican leadership, America was in a stronger position than it is today. We must move away from the divisive ‘us versus them’ mentality and the class warfare that Democrats at both the national and state levels continue to push. It’s time for the nation to come together and vote for policies that drive American prosperity, not the divisive and misleading rhetoric that has left the country poorer, weaker, and more divided than ever,” Hodgson concluded.
