Radical Roy Cooper Is Running For U.S. Senate

July 28, 2025

It's official: Radical Democrat Roy Cooper is running for U.S. Senate.

As Governor, Cooper supported higher taxes on families, cheered on the Biden border collapse, vetoed bills to keep men out of women's sports, and closed schools. As U.S. Senator, he would vote with Democrats and work against President Trump's America First agenda.

  • As Democrat Party approvals tank to just 19%, remember Cooper has stood by the worst of his party no matter what they did.
  • He repeatedly praised President Biden, including the day after his disastrous debatewhen he said, “Joe Biden saved this nation."
  • Cooper repeatedly raised taxes on hard-working families & opposed President Trump’s efforts to cut taxes on tips and overtime.

Cooper unleashed Biden’s open border disaster onto North Carolina communities. In just one of the eight years on Cooper’s watch, nearly 500 criminal illegal aliens were released onto North Carolina streets, including those with charges for child sex offenses, rape, kidnapping, arson, and homicide.

  • Cooper vetoed a bill that would have banned sanctuary cities in North Carolina.
  • Cooper vetoed legislation that would have removed illegal aliens from voting in North Carolina elections.
  • Cooper has championed radical transgender ideology in North Carolina.
    • Cooper wants to force girls to compete against males in sports & vetoed legislation that would have banned men from women’s sports in North Carolina.
    • He supports allowing men to use women’s bathrooms and spaces.
    • He supports allowing children to undergo dangerous and permanent genital-mutilation surgeries, access to hormone therapy, and puberty blockers.

Even now, Cooper opposed President Trump’s bill to protect the largest tax cut in history, boost the child tax credit to $2,500 for 40 million families, and end taxes on tips and overtime for North Carolinian service workers.

  • In the waning days of Cooper’s governorship, he commuted the sentences of 15 convicted criminals on death row, including murderers and a rapist.

Roy Cooper is champion for racist Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs and even tried to veto anti-DEI legislation while arguing that “anti-racists trainings are still needed.”

Cooper opposes school choice for working families despite sending his daughter to an expensive private school.

As Governor, Cooper recklessly locked down North Carolina during the pandemic, destroying North Carolina kids’ educational progress and increasing crime and violence among students. North Carolina ranked 43rd in reading recovery between 2019 and 2024.

Cooper’s soft-on-crime policies got him endorsed by a Democrat group that wants to defund the police.
