VP Harris’ Visit To Minnesota Has One Agenda: Damage Control

March 14, 2024

Minneapolis, MN - Republican Party of Minnesota Chairman David Hann issued the following statement in response to Vice President Kamala Harris’ visit to Minnesota today:

“Kamala Harris’ visit to Minnesota has one agenda: damage control. The latest polling data reveals a significant 54 percent disapproval rating for Joe Biden among registered voters in Minnesota, a clear indication of the public’s dissatisfaction.

The Biden-Harris campaign should be deeply concerned: nearly 19 percent of voters in the DFL presidential primary in Minnesota chose to vote ‘uncommitted’ on Super Tuesday, a powerful protest against their ticket. This was the second-highest percentage of ‘uncommitted’ votes among the states that allowed this option, a clear sign of discontent with the Biden-Harris Administration in Minnesota.

Minnesotans are primed for a shift this November, and Harris’ visit will only reinforce the damage of the Biden-Harris administration and do nothing to address the public’s call for change.”
