ICYMI: Extreme Left Wisconsin Supreme Court Circumvents the Will of the People

July 15, 2025

MADISON, WI - In case you missed it, last week the extreme left Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that unelected bureaucrats have the ability to circumvent the will of the people and their duly elected legislators when creating administrative rules.

“This ruling disenfranchises Wisconsin voters and erases the constitutional powers of our legislative branch. Unelected bureaucrats run Wisconsin’s Administrative branches and were never meant to have the ability to create law. The lack of oversight by the legislature created by this far-left ruling shows a complete disregard for the Constitution,” stated Chairman Brian Schimming. “Simply put, this ruling allows Evers and his far-left Administrative heads to push their radical ideologies onto Wisconsin voters without accountability.”

The ruling in question comes from the case of Evers v. Marklein. More information on the case and its effects can be found HERE.
